I just did a Security Wipe as suggested by Vodafone Tech Team and now it just hangs with the picture of what I believe is a shredder on the screen, any ideas?

That means security wipe is still going on, it can take a while. If it hangs or appears stuck you can switch off and on again and you'll probably get a picture of your phone with a picture of a bigger screen that represents a PC, that means you have to do a reload using link, or get one of the autoloader leaks and run that if you want a later version.

Morning. In General when there is not much on the Phone Storage, it will take between 15 and 20 Minutes. But that's my personal experience. I also have read somewhere in this forum, that a User waited around 45 Minutes as he has a lot stuff on his Phone Memory. Didn't remember anymore how much. Good luck

Yeah let it run its course it will take a while. The first time I thought it froze, restarted the phone, and ended up bricking the device...our GMs Z10

Second time I let it run for about 20 minutes and it worked .

My sisters was 4+ hours I ended up pulling the battery which bricked it. Reloaded os then updated to 10.2.

In my experience on STL100-1, it consistently wipes for almost exactly 15 minutes, regardless how empty or full the device storage is. Timed it every time I load an OS via autoloader since the Squircle leak.
