Don't know if someone tried this. I had to go out of the country for few days. Took phone from charger early morning, then flight mode for 3h and back to normal, obviously data off to avoid high bills. Texting and calling as usual. On the 3rd day when I came back home, late evening battery was 36%. Didn't have to take my charger out from my bag. Nice.

Yes, when the phone is only used for calls and text with no data sync battery can last a lot longer.

Charged my Z10 at 5pm yesterday, full charge at 100%.

Casual use mostly instagram, camera, facebook, twitter, emails, some browsing. Also played around with story maker.

Battery is at 5% today at 12pm

Run mostly on wifi though. LTE is still not available from my carrier, so I manually set the phone to run 2G & 3G only.

Wifi is the best thing ever. It saves so much battery to transmit on one fat band as opposed to the many thin bands of LTE. Turning off data services most of the time was the biggest battery saver ever. Still use LTE on the train and in the car but not at home, work or bar.

It's 1am and I am still at 50%. I have seen huge battery performance increase and I'm on moderate use.

I can text all day, make a couple calls and stream Apollo for a few hours and get 12hours+ easily out of a charge... I'm also going to say, the BT audio streaming is amazing.

My internet pack got over in the morning, so I was just on the cell network. I had to go out, left my house at noon. Came back at 6. And there was just a 10% battery drop in those 6 hours.

I attended about 4-5 calls and texted a little.

I can go up to 4days in my 9860 when it's used as a text/call mode only, no data

Data on....then it's back to twice charging daily

phone full charged at 3:20am, when to work from 4am to 7am no usage of phone. battery at 60% when I check to see if I had any messages. Later that day I checked my data account online from computer. Every 30 minutes there was a data 19,532kb to 39,058kb, that is without 1 single message coming or going.
