Press and hold square icon for tabs in browser drag it right just a little and TADAA

Actually you just tap the squares to show the tabs... on the left though. That's what you meant, correct?

How did you access tabs before?

Is this what you mean? You can interact with the page via keyboard shortcuts, but any touch will close the tab menu.

Dragging a 'back' button to the right allows you to enable this sidebar and even peek back to the home screen of the app. So you can actually go back multiple pages at once. This works in any app, like CB10.
