When peeking into the hub it goes to the last screen you were on which was a convo on bbm in my case. Will the R that appears on their phone come up if you just peeked into the message never letting the screen fully settle?

Hard to explain but can someone with 2 BB10 phones test this out for me please?

as long as you don't fully go into the message than no it shouldnt come up as Read on the other persons end, however I'll quickly do a test on this

Just tested, and yes it stays as unread on their end when you only peek into the hub, as soon as you let it settle in it'll become read

Ahh that's good. I'm glad BB are taking account the people who are too busy or lazy to reply but still curious on the message without seeming rude lol

So by 'settle in' you mean click on the actual BBM message or go all the way into the Hub (peek then continue the gesture to go to the hub)?
