    It's been a few days since I got my new carrier free Q10 (SQN100-3). I'm loving the device as much as I love my Z10, but I can't connect to the Internet unless I'm over wifi. You can see "H" on top of the screen and APN settings seem right. This sim card comes from a Torch with BlackBerry data plan, is it a carrier problem or am I missing something??

    I had the same problem in Sweden. You have to disable BIS and that is something the carrier can help you with. I did and the it connected. As I understand this carrier dependable and my carrier at that time didn't know about itm

    Ask your carrier if normal APNs are active on your account. You might need to have the sim changed for connecting to LTE also. If you have an adapter to fit the micro sim on a standard slot and wish to keep the blackberry bolt ons then just have your carrier keep them on your account so you can still switch to and from devices.

    APN setup Ok, but still no connection..
    With my other micro sim (from my Z10) it connects no problem.. wtf?

    ...now my carrier's tech support say there may be a possible device incompatibility! What. The. *****. Isn't q10 the same as Z10? This is frustrating

    My carrier couldn't do anything and BlackBerry told them my Q10 wasn't connected to any BlackBerry ID... although it really was.. now after a security wipe, the micro sim card is not detected... and it has started to randomly reboot! sent to BlackBerry tech service. Unbelievable.
