I hope somebody can help me here.

1st my problem is that this morning I tried to restore to factory setting my Z10 STL100-1. but after 3 hours the phone is still not restarting
I restore using the BB Link.

my phone is on Leaked OS 2354, Side loaded with the following:

1. Browser 10.1.326
2. Weather 10.1.1.157
3. Camera 10.10.1.3
4. Facebook 10.1.0.88

aside from those I don't have any Android App side loaded in my phone. this is my 1st time to restore to factory settings as I wanted to sell my Z10 and buy a new Q10.

please help, and should there be more info you need to assist me please ask and I will answer the best that I can.

Pick any 10.0 or early 10.1 autoloader and use it, if the phone works update to the latest carrier software via OTA

Thanks for your suggestion, tried it and loaded 10.0.10.648 autoloader but it wont load as my phone is stuck with that blue circle and an Icon of something like a shredding machine.

.... update still searching the web for solution...

ok found a solution (accidentally) and i'm currently working on it... thank blackberry gods....I hope this will work

1. on the bb link, I clicked the 3 dots on the lower right side of the app
2. then I clicked "show disconnected device"
3. link showed my device named DARIUSZ10, clicked it and it reads "not connected to DARIUSZ10"
4. tried clicking "Reload" button
5. a pop up window said "reset the device", I pressed the power button for about 5 seconds then the red light lit up
6. viola.....the phone reboots and loaded 10.0.28 or 10.0.82 or something

i'm currently setting up the phone and waiting for the update 299mb OS 10.1.237 to finish (now on 65%)

ok I think I posted too soon... still having problem as my z10 is stuck in the Software Update and is checking for new updates with that blue circle going round and round for a long time now.

But at least it's working right now.. try a hard reset, hold the power button for 10 seconds till the red light shows
