So I must be a little thick, how does one get the apk files to convert to a bar? I've searched and tried several ways, but it's just not there.

    • Use an android device to back them up.
    • Search for the APK on the internet (not suggested)
    • Download them from the Google Play Store using an APK download app available for Google Chrome (Requires an Android device ID)

I think here is a step by step solution (for Windows users) to sideload and convert the apk file into bar files.

How to run almost any Android 2.3.3 app on BlackBerry 10 [Windows Guide] | CrackBerry.com

When downloaded the zip file and unzipped it, you need to register your token and then you simply drag the apk fil on to the android2bb and it then should convert your apk file into a bar file.

In order to get an Android Device ID, you can download Bluestacks which basically turns your PC into an Android phone, allowing you to download Android apps to your PC. A virtual android client.

In order to determine the Device ID you'll have to download a device info app.
