Yeah. I found I can make it show up by swiping down from the top right corner of the home screen. It actually has a graph option that it cycles through, too.

i talked to Kris Simundson and he told me the same thing. I thought my phone was freaking out

It's a feature of all developer builds, used for debugging applications and monitoring system performance to find bugs/glitches.

Yup this is in the 10.2 dev build. I hope this feature is retained in public release, in better GUI of course.

Thanks for the enlightenment, guys. I had the same thing show up & got me freaking out. I was about to reinstall OS. Thank goodness I don't have to because I am loving the 10.2!
