    I got my new q10 from eBay today... I started the phone without sim and worked perfectly fine. Then, since the time I put my sim in, its just not booting up. Its loading to 100% and getting stuck there with the blackberry logo. I tried to do hard reset, as well as do a web based update, but it will not detect my pin on the app loader. When I am connecting link, it does detect my phone though. Trying with and without sim... Pls help guys... Thanks

    Mine is taking 2 hours to load, and its still at 93% as we speak...also vodafone uk

    at least u guys have gotten that far...my brand new q10 won't even get to the loading screen. Red light indicator, battery with explanation mark in middle...repeat repeat. Let it do that all night and still nothing today.

    Before I reboot my Q10, the bb hub was simply blank in black. so i tried to reboot it. when i reboot it, it is stuck on 100%. if you say update is the way to get rid of it. tell me how please. its my only phone.
