I had my playbook for a long time until I got my Z10. I found myself using the playbook less and less as I became more and more attached to my Z10. I decided to sell my playbook and use the Z10 instead as my daily phone, tablet etc.... I just felt like the Z10 was doing everything the playbook did and even more!!! I'm curious to know did anyone else feel the same way? I know the playbook is supposedly getting the blackberry 10 OS but to me I think Blackberry will not be supporting the playbook as much and anything my playbook can do, I can do better and faster on my Z10.

I agree. Z10 is slowly replacing Playbook tasks.

True, but being the big 50....I can't see that well, so the PB rules.. Some functionality the Z10 would be greatly appreciated though

I can't say I'm with you on this topic.
The Z10 is a great phone, but I carry around both my PlayBook and Z10 everywhere I go.
Sure the PlayBook is crippled because of the BlackBerry Bridge is lacking. But it's still an amazing piece of technology.

Still use my on all the time to stream movies to my tv. Plus it's better at times for reading and surfing.

Definitely not getting rid if it yet.

Same here actually -- I use my PlayBook rarely, mostly as a way to play movies on my TV. But it doesn't handle 1080p well; my Z10 does.

Same here. The only reason why I still own playbook is that it is the best alarm clock i ever owned. I cannot get much for this tablet anyways. How much did you sell yours for?

I would like to use my PlayBook more, because my eyesight isn't the best anymore(49) either. The problem is that the functionality with the bridge is so crappy. I'm not as concerned about BB10 as the bridge returning to its previous usefulness.

I wondered if the Z10 would end my love for the PB, but it hasn't. They do compliment each other. I was disappointed with loss in Bridge functions but the Z10 has replaced most of my needs there. Meanwhile, the Remote function improved. I do a lot of presentations and Remote makes it so easy. Or sitting on the couch. Reading in bed, movies and games on the bigger screen, showing someone pictures...the PB makes those things better.

I use my Playbook a lot less because of how good my Z10 performs and also because of the downgrade of the Bridge app, but there are still certain tasks I use it for on a daily basis.

I'd use the PlayBook more if we had a proper bridge for it but the z10 hasn't replaced the PlayBook yet and I don't envisage it ever will for me

I still use my PB daily, Words with friends, Asphalt 7, surfing the net, watching porn b4 bed, zinio, slacker. PB still has many uses, and honestly, I still love the screen size.

A rock would replace my PlayBook at this point. It's become so sluggish it's not worth using. The browser hangs and checkerboards really bad. Too bad BB gave up on it, it was a nice device.

I love my Playbook for couch surfing. Also for watching movies on flights. Things where the bigger screen is better.

I still use my 64gb PlayBook which is full with tons of games and apps. The reason being, gaming on the PlayBook is a much better experience than the Z10 due to the larger screen and excellent stereo speakers. And due to the Z's battery life, entertainment is more limited unless I'm carrying an charger around.

If the Aristo is the beast I think it will be, that might be the final straw for my PB, but
Besides the browser I'm still happy with the performance.

The PlayBook does stream Amazon Prime really well. I have been able to get the Z10 to do this. I agree sometimes is nicer to have a bigger screen; however I also have disappointment that Blackberry support for the PlayBook has dropped off so much. I still have hope to see a Blackberry 10 OS for the PlayBook.

The playbook is good for limited use, but man is it ever painful to surf the web at times. Plus, the keyboard lag at times is a disgrace.
