    No issue with the OS but there is an issue with Tunein Radio?

    Here are the problems
    - App does not appear on the Home Screen or in any folders
    - App is listed on My BB World under my Apps
    - Will not open from App World
    - Will not delete or in uninstall

    Tried to find apps in the settings with no luck. Any ideas?

    Log into BlackBerry World with your computer. Un install and re install. Worked for me.

    Got to blackberry world from your computer. Login with your BlackBerry id then install tunein again. That work for me the last time I installed a leak.

    I had that problem and it was solved by following the following simple steps.
    - go to appworld.blackberry.com
    - sign in with your bb info
    - find tunein app
    - ask to send the link to download on your phone
    and that is all...good luck.

    I got another problem. When installing the OS and perform the restore, it didn't install this app. I had to re install.

    The easiest way to fix this issue using your phone is to go to blackberry world, go to setting by swiping down from top bezel... once you are in the setting look down where you see the "version : 4.3.1.1.25 ." click on it. It will fade and come back again. Once that is done, close blackberry world,( that will clear/reset blackberry world), then reopen it. Simply search for Tunein radio, redownload as after the blackberry world reset it will no longer show in your "My world app".
    That worked for me
