By a micro SIM card and put it in. T-Mobile doesn't use BIS so there is no specific "Blackberry Plan" anymore.

However please note - if the IMEI isn't clear (i.e.: reported stolen) then you're going to have a problem. If not then you shoulld be good to go.

It comes with a micro SIM card.
So after I put the SIM in, it's going to ask for my IMEI and that's all? (It's clear)

EDIT: it doesn't come with micro SIM card.

If your current device has a micro sim, if not skip calling t-mobile

Take the sim out and call tmobile.
Tell them you need to switch your device sim
    Read them the sim #
Make sure you have a data plan

Insert the sim into the back of your phone
Power it on and run through the prompts.

If you bought the correct model sqn100-5 than you are done, enjoy.
