Hello guys,

I wake up this morning and notice that my emails are missing from my phone..my account still there but all my send and receved email are ******* gone..

I always but my phone before night in sleep mode and this morning were i try to read my message, big surprise NO MORE emails and recent cals WTF

Anyone had this problem?

So my email server is going well on my playbook i still have them, notebook too so no problem there..

I wana mentioned that i have 3 corporate email acount configured with POP IMAP.

I am scared for the future

Try deleting and readding the account? Check your accounts on a computer make sure it's all safe on that end. Make sure your corporate IT guys didn't delete anything

Try restarting BlackBerry Hub. Swipe down from the top right -hand corner 5 times and it will reinitialize the Hub.

I restart the hub but nothing..

I dont think there is a problem with my email acount because my call logs we're deleted too, why?

Did you restart the phone by holding the top button? Hold top button until phone reboots and shows progress bar. Works similarly to a battery pull is my understanding.

i really loved my Q10, but it ate all of my emails, sms, call logs to!!!
my solution: sent back to online-shop and took the money back.
i relly need a reliable devise. i can live with a lot of bugs, but deleting my stuff is no-go!!!
i would really order Q10 again, in case of problem is solved finally!!!

Could you surf to your email account with your browser to verify that your account was ripped up or not? Doc Neutron

yes i surfed immediately by browser to my accounts.

gmx1 and gmx2: last mail middle of may, all the newer ones remained missing.
gmail: put copys in another folder, the main folder same as gmx.
sms: missing!
call logs: missing!

Yahoo has new tools for helping you. I have heard the same about gmail.
