I'm trying to get the 10.1 update in my z10 and I'm running into a bunch of problems. First of all, my z10 is a Stl-100-3 and to the best of my knowledge its an unlocked Canadian unit. I don't know what the original carrier is, i don't think it was ever tied to one. I'm using the phone in singapore and it won't "Update" by checking for updates. Singaporean carriers have already pushed the update out so I'm not sure why mine didn't get it since I'm using a local carrier.

Also I don't have a PC (I have a mac) to manually load the OS, are there any other ways to get the update?

Should I just wait longer?

I haven't, I guess I could try that but I have a feeling they won't be very helpful.
