Press and hold on the icon representing the group. The right side pop-up will appear with a trash can. It's self-explanatory from there!

You can leave a group your in, can only delete a group you own if no members are in it

Thanks Kris, but that's the issue

I can't leave the group for some reason and I've left groups before without a problem until now

The admin of the group has claimed to removed me already and when he sent me a barcode of the group to scan, it said I was already a member....


But it's not the correct group....

I just tried it and it worked for me.

Went into groups, <groupname>, overflow menu, leave group.
This was for a group I was invited into.

Oh well

My group decided to make a new group to accommodate this nonsense.

Now, I have a BlackBerry Messenger group that won't go away haha
