No issue here - on the 2354 leak on T-Mobile with a STL100-3. I'm able to easily link to my PC over WiFi and to Google Drive also. I don't think it's the leakRemote File Access and OS 2354-img_00000006.jpg

    I was faffing about again...

Reload to carrier OS (ancient), then load latest OS with Sachibar (via Romania) - failed to restore, so wiped and restored settings, voil the PC access is back.
I suspect the security wipe was the key step to re-obtain it.

same trouble for me, but unfortunately the security wipe didn't resolve it.
Also tried to reinstall BB Link, remove all reg keys, etc.

It is either a BlackBerry ID issue in which case you need sit it out or a BlackBerry ID issue on the phone...

I'm on 2354, but my problem is the opposite. Link sees my Z10, but my Z10 doesn't see any Paired Computers.

I'm having the same issue as the OP but it never worked. Phone is paired with the computer - computer is squawking about needing a 10.1 device.

So I have absolutely no issue - RFA works fine (BTW I am running Win7 64-bit on my PC). I'd like to help you folks out so if anyone can tell me what settings or things to look for either in my Z10 (STL100-3 on T-Mobile) or my PC I will try to find them and post here - maybe I can help.

Turn off bblink in your settings on your Z10.... then turn it back on. Do the same on your PC. This resolved my issue.

Hey doc freed. I Can't fix the offline issue, WiFi no problem. Have you ever had problems with the offline issue, if so how did you fix it. I also have windows 7 64-bit, same Z10 and carrier. I think after the security wipe is when things went south. Thanks for the help.

I had this problem with 2342 and 2354 and I narrowed the problem down to the cause of doing a security wipe.

I went back to the official 10.1 with a clean install and reinstalled the 2354 leak and didn't do a security wipe because my mms wasn't messed up. Remote file access works.

I always do a security wipe so I don't think that's the issue. BUT, I am running the 1917 radio (originally installed 2354 and the downgraded only the radio using kris' Radio autoexe loader. Did this 'cause I get way better battery life than with the 2355 radio. Maybe that's the reason I have no issue with RFA.

Could be. I'm running the "official" 2354 and used the Autoloader to update from 2342. I then performed a Security Wipe and Full Restore from a backup that came from 2342.

Working fine for remote file access in the following scenarios.

    Locally on WiFi at home.
Turn WiFi off on my phone or move out of range, computer at home.

Not working when I'm in a Starbucks with my computer connected to their WiFi.

I'm on T-Mobile in NE Florida connected to 4G (we don't have LTE on T-Mobile here).

Do you do the security wipe after an OS install or before?

This fixed the issue for me as well. I'd also add sign out of BBlink and sign back in (obviously make sure you are using the same BBID on your Z10 and BBlink. After which it can take a few minutes for the devices to find each other again.

Tried all that. No luck. I just do without it and see what happens on the next leak. If still broken, il take more drastic measures. It worked on all previous 10.1 leaks I installed - although only with Mobile radio off and WiFi on (Verizon).
