Anyone else find the scrolling in BB10 to be a problem?

The hub and contacts scroll really well. You can flick the finger and it keeps scrolling a while until you tap again to stop. Pretty much the same as on any apple device. When reading email or looking at webpages though the scrolling is a bit different. The scrolling pretty much stop as soon as you let four finger go. Some apps have a different scrolling speed/behavior too. I find this inconsistency to be annoying.

Yeah the browser scrolling annoys me too. I want to be able to flick it so it scrolls far.

I found that the browser stop scrolling at the beginning of each paragraph on webpage. Trying to find out a way to stop that but nothing so far

Yeah it's some kind of feature to help with reading, but there's no option to turn it off for those that don't need/want it

Well I always have the feeling that when you scroll fast in a big list, that there is some lag. You see the little status line (on the right) moving down, but the content of the list disappears. When you stop scrolling, after some seconds the content of the list appears again. I have this for all types of list (apps, contacts, hub, ...). I really hope they fix it in 10.3.

Yeah, that one is definitely a bug
And a big bug that has been in all all versions already, although it's getting better with every major update
I remember Knobtviker (Whine developer) explained about it in his thread once
