Contacted T-Mobile UK yesterday and this was the response when asking about when they will carry the BOLD:

I'd like to tell you that the particular model you are after isn't currently available in our range of phones. However, it is scheduled to be released on or around November but I can't provide you with a specific date with regards to this.
