However, checking app world I cannot seem to find one.

Does anyone know of an app like this for the 9320?

Regretfully, this question has been asked many times, and the answer appears to be no, both from a legal standpoint, and from a blocked capability standpoint. There were rumors floating around that people were developing one, but none appeared to pan out, as far as I could find.
