My family and I have had 3 Playbooks for about 2 years now...but no Blackbery phone. I have set up each Playbook on a separate BBID to allow video chat between any 2 of the 3. One lucky member of the family is now getting the Z10. Because of the limitations of BB10, we will probably only use the Bridge function for browsing but we would like to be able to bridge all 3 Playbooks to the Z10 (at different times of course). My questions are:
    1. Does it matter what ID I select for the Z10?
    2. What steps do you have to go through to change the bridge connection from one Playbook to another?
Anyone done this?...any help would be appreciated....thanks.

Last I heard (I haven't tried it) is that all three Playbooks can be on one BBID. They contact each other through their unique PIN. A BlackBerry phone must only have one ID but that one ID can also have multiple playbooks associated with it. I believe it also allows you to buy 1 app and install it on all three. As for switching playbooks i think you can just select which tablet you want to connect to. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this people.

Bridge each one using the app on the phone and the Bridge setting using the Gear/Settings icon at the top right of the pb. While I don't have the z10, on the 9930, there's the Bridge app. Opening the app gives you an opportunity to enable/disable the bridge for a particular pb. I've got two pb's (different bbids) bridged to it. If I recall (don't do it often), there was a bit of shunting to turn off one, turn on the other and then back again later.

The Bridge app has been severely crippled on the bb10 devices so there is NO email, calendar, memo, etc when you bridge the z10/q10 with the pb. The pb still has those features if bridges with OS7 and earlier devices.
