Hi, I am new to Blackberry and have a Q10, I can not connect the phone to my car properly, I have a Nissan Juke which has the Nissan Connect system, all my previous phones connected including IPhone 4S and 5 Nokia Lumia 620 and Samsung Ativ S windows, but the Q10 only pairs partly, it will show the contacts and call list but there's no network name on screen but it does show I have a signal but there's no audio comming through the car speakers, also when you press call on the car's touch screen it doesn't change but it does connect to phone and start dialiling but only on the phone not the screen, has any body got any idea what I can do it would be appreciated thanks.

Ask your car dealer for a software update. I got one for my Volvo S60 and Z10 as well as Q10 works a charm.

Thanks Stefan I will look into that, I spoke to Nissan uk but they had not heard of any issues with the new Blackberry's.

I've this issue with a z10 and the connect unit, it only happened after the software upgrade to 10.1 prior to the on 10.0 there were no issues, I hope RIM release a fix soon

I have the same problem with my Z10 after upgrading to 10.1.
On 10.0 there was no problem, so it's definitely a BlackBerry software problem as my girlfriend's Z10 that is still on 10.0 still works fine.
This is on a opel antara touch&connect, which is basically the same system as the Nissan system.

Desperately waiting for a fix :-(

BB Q10 now works perfect with nissan connect system after software 10.1.0.4181 update

Hi. I have the same issue. I have a V W Phaeton and although the Z10 is recognised by the car system and the car recognises the Z10 they will not connect. I had no problems with my previous BBs.

I would appreciate any help in resolving this
