    Hey guys, quick question for the crackberry hivemind;

    First off:
    Google apps paid account, using activesync setup on Z10.

    Latest mac software, and latest version of mail.app.

    Ok, basically he wants to keep all incoming mail set at "unread" on his desktop computer at work.

    Usually he will quickly scam an email while out in the field, and then reply to it when he gets back to the office.

    The legacy BBOS feature to allow this to happen was " wireless reconcile: OFF"

    How do I do it in OS10, OR furthermore, is it an apple mail setting I can adjust.?

    And FYI I would like top maintain the activesync setup, I am aware going to a POP3 setup would eliminate the need to manually set messages as unread.

    Thanks

    I'm not sure that you can do this with a BB10 device.

    Help.

    I share and email account where two of us check it.

    On our old Bolds if one checked on their bb, it wouldn't show as read on the others device.

    Now with the Z10, when one reads it isn't highlighted on the other bb.

    As a result a lot of mssgs are getting missed.

    Can't figure out a way to change this setting.

    Thanks.

    The solution is to setup folders and move messages that you have dealt with to one of these folders. A simple setup is to have two folders titled: Working (for messages needing follow-up) and Archive (for messages requiring no additional follow-up). You can add more folders to customize your mailbox to whatever works for you. The main idea is to keep your Inbox empty and your messages organized.
