And silly me forgot the disclaimer, so here it is

I, nor Crackberry, nor the OP of any of the below threads are responsible for any damage installing a OS can do to your device. Everything is a Install at own risk procedure. If for at any reason you encompass errors, soft brick your device, or want to revert to your stock OS, follow the following method from the Blackberry Knowledge Base (http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/b...ListHelperImpl). If this method does not work, look in this thread for other ways of restoring a operating system to your device (http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...10-faq-800044/)

There was a good idea brought up and this is the answer to that. The following post will contain information on the most up to date OS avaliable via Autoloaders and Sachup. The secondary post will have Radio Files. Third will be the Older OS's.

I did it with sachup. First time going that route but it went smoothly. Phone is running well and it kept all my apps (side loaded included), settings, etc. I'm very pleased with it. I haven't noticed anything new with this build yet though. My battery is still running a little warm so I can't tell battery life yet. Will post if I discover anything.

I just did it and it shows .2312...did you use 226 for Country, 010 for Carrier, Device Z10 and Variant STL 100-2?

If you look closely at what I had quoted above, I am pointing this out for Q10 (SQN100-3 to be precise).

Can someone please help me figure out what i'm doing wrong here?

I successfully used Sachup/Sanchibar to download and install the official OS from my carrier (Rogers) to restore a Z10 that had been updated with a leaked autoloader back to stock.. I entered MCC 302 for Canada and MNC 720 for Rogers, it found OS 10.1.0.273, I downloaded it and installed it. No problem.

I'm now trying to use this method to upgrade another Z10 from the leaked .2342 to the latestest leak .2354

I assume how this works is someone has found that some carriers have these files on their servers, i guess for testing purposes and they just haven't been pushed out? and that if you know which carrier has them you can download them? Am I getting that right?

Anyway, I see this post above:
    STL100-2/3/4 10.1.0.2354/10.1.0.2312 - Avaliable via Sachup (MNC: 226 MCC: 010)
which indicated the OS I want should be available from whatever carrier 226 is, in whatever country 010 is.. so I enter that information into Sachup.. I press scan.. but it only finds 10.0.9.348..

    Where am I going wrong?

I don't believe that is correct.. the middle C in MCC stands for country the N in MNC stands for network (carrier) .. but in the interest of trouble shooting I gave reversing them a shot.. it then finds nothing.
