O.S: 10.1.0.273 (10.1.0.1720) updated with an O2 SIM
STL100-2 - SFR (France).
Important (?) : I'm frequently swapping from my Z to Q

Not sure exactly when it happened but this morning, I've been unable to read/write SMS.
The "app" is simply not poping, wether I go threw the "Text Messages" shortcut or within the Hub.

What I've tried so far with no luck :
1. Delete the present SMS and restart
2. Disable/enable SMS in Hub (w/ restart)
3. checked on my Z10 with the O2 SIM (the one I've used to gain the update)

As I thought this may be SIM/Carrier related, I've also checked on my Q10 with my regular (SFR) SIM : No problem.

Anyone experienced this before ?
Any thoughts ?

A friend of mine in albania has the same problem, but she has a stl100-1 and after the 1720 update she did, the sms won't open.

After a fresh restore to default, same problem. Went back to 10.0.1.90 and all was fine.
So I decided to load the 10.1.0.2009 leak and it seems fine.
Need some further investigation, but sounds definitely related to 10.1.0.273

Edit : fine too with leak 10.1.0.2342

I have a z10 running 10.2.0.424

I have had this phone since release, there were some minor bugs here and there.
but since the security update (10.1 I believe), I have had nothing but problems with SMS.

when SMS crashes, my phone starts to overheat, and I can�t read or compose txt.
I use sms a lot for work, and it is cumbersome to call every person that txt me just to get an update.

the issue seems to occur when i receive consecutive messages.
restarting the phone, does not always fix the issue either.
the only fix I have found, is leaving my phone alone for about an hour, and it eventualy fixes itself.

I have read in another thread, you should remove twitter and FB notifications.
This is not an option for me, as now I cant receive FB and Twitter notifications.

not happy with my BB, and now thinking of paying off rogers and jumping on the Android train.
