Left for a convention yesterday and upon arrival had perfect access to two linked computers. This morning they show as offline. My network admin assures me they are fully operational. Yet I am 3000 miles away with no access.

Nothing has changed settings wise om my Z. And I did check to make sure nothing changed as far as allowing network access.

Any thoughts or news on this.

Update: Just checked again and now they are available which is bizarre as they have been down all day and I have had a strong lte signal all day. Unfortunate I wasn't able to demonstrate the awesome ability of the Z at my meeting this morning while trying to share some files.

I had no luck for days until I tried this. Check the steps at the bottom of page 23. Once I cleansed my pc of all previous blackberry files it worked on the first go.

Maybe your Admin rebooted the servers or PC's without your knowing and poof it worked?

As for those who say not worked since day one, uninstall link and reinstall link and then see if that works and I had to do this on day one.

I noticed this yesterday too, tried doing a "refresh linked devices", but it just came back the same, offline. Now when I was connected to my home wi-fi, it would still work. But disconnect and just over lte or other wi-fi and it was offline. Seems to working now though.

Oops. Looks like it's page 23 on the mobile app and 19 on a browser.
So on the last page of the link..jrohland starts a reply starting with "how I got my...". I did it step by step and finally got everything to work.
If you're not comfortable with dealing with system registry files. I'd def try doing the device manager part. I had quite a few blackberry devices listed and deleting them all seem to clear things up.
