Hello.

I have been running a test for my company regarding the new bb10 on a z10 and am experiencing the following issue:

I setup BES last week and was experiencing battery drain from 100 to 0 in 5 hours. OS was 10.0.10.99.

I Installed 10.1.0.1720 (official) then security wiped my device and started new and reactivated BES. Nothing, drain is very quick.

As you can see from the battery guru snapshot I have powered the device this morning at 8:15 and had a normal day until I reactivated BES at 19:15 in the afternoon. At that point battery was at 55% and after 2.5 hours its dead just sitting in front of me and occasionally checking guru.
Network is constant at full bars 3G coverage.

Any thoughts? Temperature on the device was at 34 degrees with an outside temp of 30.

It appears that drains battery a bit faster. Not that sure though. However, I am still testing and testing does drain more. Now I have Skype as well and using it and I am still on every 36-48 HRS span. Which I had on my 9900 as well. On I Phone it was disaster, I had to charge once a day and I hate doing that. I don't know why BB doesn't make "long(er) life battery. @500-3000 maH or something.

Second day of testing things seem better. Maybe all the sync took some power juice until it settles.
Still the downfall can only be stopped if I switch to 2G or close the data connection or use wifi. On 3G the battery will be empty from 100% to 0% in 5-6 hours. Will give it another couple of days. Anyone have any idea on improving power consumption either device or server side?
