    Every time I upload a bbm picture the quality always comes out blurry and my friend said it was blurry too. It doesn't matter if I took the photo on my phone or saved the photo from the computer. I'm on os 10.1 and it's still doing this. Can anyone please help me? Thanks.

    I believe it gets down scalled to match the size of older BlackBerrys, to keep everything uniform.
    It is annoying nonetheless.

    I have also noticed this. I tried pinching some pics n took a screenshot for the bbm dp. Worked for some pics!

    Thanks to BlackBerry OS 10.2.0.1047 leak, the Contact Photo issue has been solved beatifully. The display images are now crispy.
