    I had recorded several videos on my Z10 and when I tried to play them today i got the following error: "The file can't be played due to an unexpected error (1)"
    None of my videos can be played. This has happened only post update to 10.1

    Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Nope, vids I took on BB10 still work on the 10.1 leak. I am on Verizon with the STL100-4.

    All of my pics and vids are automatically saved on my sdcard.

    When I connect my phone to a PC, I can play the videos directly from the phone without having to transfer them to the PC

    Same problem here, i reload OS and stay the same... the videos played fine on mi pc

    Actually my problem resolved by itself in a few days...i can now play videos without any problems...
