I noticed, while scrolling through screenshots in blackberry world, the screen scrolls down instead of locking into place. Pre 10.1 did not do this, and it's quite irritating.

I am having a nightmare since this stupid upgrade...BBM Notifications not working, Facebook, whats app, sms.... Deleted Twitter account and was able to get update from Facebook and whats app. But stopped receiving SMS since update. Blackberry's Twitter acount does not respond at all on this problem. Right now i am doing a security wipe... Make a pledge for not doing a upgrade from BB

Stl-1 too, official os. After update, poor battery, no information on my boot time in setting. My battery only shows 99% when fully charged and drop fast after update.

Yes all 3 of my Internet search engine freeze when I try and use the Internet. And my fone is only charging to 99% been on charge all night aswell, really frustrating me now cos this is my 4th Z10.

Gents, i was able to make my Z10 work normal after doing secirity wipe(25 Min), Doing restore (30 Min), Updating to l10.1.0.273 (15 Min), Updating all my applications (20 Min).. A big lesson learned "Take backup, do a security wipe and then Upgrade BB or stay with old working one"

I updated OTA all my data is as it was. I had no issues at all, thank God for that.

Just went through all this and made a post a few days ago - back up the phone in link, do a security wipe, update the phone and then do a full restore. Only hitch was after I restored the phone wouldn't connect to Internet wifii or cellular data- left it on the charger that night and everything was working great next day.

I've tried doing a back up....security wipe...then restore and same issues. Texts don't update in Hub. Don't even receive twitter texts now. Don't receive Facebook notifications. Half of address book missing. Should I go on? My phone worked perfectly on version 10!

Try a battery pull. Seems to have resolved a few people's problems on 10.1

Can't receive emails on my Hotmail address - I can send them, just can't receive them. Used the same settings as a friend on the same carrier as mine and saved them but nothing. Went back in to settings and they had reverted back to the old settings I had changed .
No problem with my other email accounts. Anyone else have this problem?

Tried the battery pull. It fixed the problem for about half an hour and then back to same old glitch. Texts don't update or Facebook etc. Very frustrating to not even be able to see new texts unless you go into the old one.

I hate to tell you this as it shouldn't be necessary, but you should try a backup, reload device software, and restore from backup with BlackBerry Link and then reinstall any further updates pushed out OTA.

It would take about 2-3 hours to do this in my experience.

In one problem that I had with missing notifications in the Hub, these steps fix the issue.
