[Brutal Efficiency]

Alright, so I finally had my phone delivered after 2.5 weeks delayed. It worked fine for an hour, and then the screen died. I thought that the battery died, so I plugged it into charge, and nothing changed. After a while I noticed that I received some notifications, meaning that the phone is turned on, but the screen ain't working.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you remedy it?


Oh, and the Q10 is simply the best device I have ever owned. I can see my Z10's usage time being cut down by more than half, when my precious Q10's screen is fixed.

That's no good. Hmmm, I wonder if reloading the OS would work??

Maybe try that, by connecting your phone to a PC or Mac. When connected, there is a "reload" button within BlackBerry Link, this may help you, unless of course the screen is actually physically malfunctioning.

Same issue with me. The phone is in the holster I receive a message and the screen doesn't turn on. This happens randomly and I've already replaced the phone. Still happens!

Have you installed a suspect app? Or sideloaded anything?
