for me (O2 Germany) it was around 45Minutes to complete the installation after download. Just relax.

HELP!!! My phone crashed after 10.1 install... I was getting warnings saying no space on device. I had to reboot 3 to 4 times and finally it came up. I noticed my work activesync account was missing. I re-added and now my phone crashed again.

currently at a black screen with paper shredding icon. been this way for an hour. What do I do???

Sounds like its doing a security wipe which can take a hr or so to depends on how many apps your have installed and how big they were.

Does it say Security Wipe in Progress,,,,,,,,,,,, if so let it be and when it shuts down, Turn it back on and then you may have to use BB link to reinstall OS which will be the last one it had on, then update to 10.1

Mine took FOREVER. I'm on Fido.. the update at first showed it was 337 mb, then it jumped to 2gb..... i started the update at 11:30 and it finished at 2.

Yes, it's been taking very long. The whole process is like an hour. I just restarted it, and after good 5 mins it is still showing the Blackberry logo. Patience is a virtue.

Best time to do this was 2 a.m. when you have no use for the phone. Looks like I'm almost done now. Well i'm at 100% reboot and still nothing. hmmmmm

Took almost 2 hours to download, install and reboot at my office over WiFi. Friggin thing took a while lol thankfully I had other things to keep me occupied while it did its thing.
