    I guess through the file manager you can rename any file including songs, pics, etc...

    I'm hoping it something simple I'm missing. I take a lot of pics of various equipment that kinda look the same until you open up thumbnail . It's annoying when I have to send them as email/text and have to open several up to find right one.

    That is correct, Navigate to the File Manager, Navigate to the folder where the image is located, tap and hold and from the side menu select rename. Enter name then ok
