    I'm still waiting for an word on VVM on my Z10 with Fido, talked to countless Reps and managed to confuse them into thinking Fido had it..... They werent any help really. But I'm paying for it and the text to voice mms isnt as consistent as I would like.

    And does anyone know of a way to just delete my entire voicemail inbox to stop it from just piling up and then having to listen to EVERY. DAMN. ONE.

    I want true Visual Voicemail too!

    Telus has never had it for BBs. Thanks for the reminder to harass them too.

    Yeah I just updated my Fido BlackBerry Z10 to the new update and was super excited when I saw the Visual VoiceMail in the Hub. However when I left myself a VM and did not show up in the Voicemail tab I was disappointed. From what I know Bell supports this, I do not get what they are waiting for? I don't want to use an app to check my voicemail. I think thats what Rogers/Fido is trying to go for.

    Try the new Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.2342 leak
    With Rogers I now have VVM and it's native and in the hub works fantastic

    Interesting. I also got all excited when I got the update as well only got if not to work. Buy I am hopeful that it is coming soon, especially if it is in the recent leak and working.

    I would use the leak but with this being my daily driver I don't want to risk the down time

    No. My device came unlocked, it has no effect except to allow you to pit in any sim card

    Is that when you see a text message of the voicemail someone left you, full text and all? I had that with Fido prior to 10.1, but now don't. Stopped around update time or Fido issue...because they accidently disabled my service around this time too.

    Fido is so bad. I called there CSR and they don't have a BlackBerry expert and they don't know what visual voice mail in the hub means. I though these Ppl know there products. It's funny how the consumer knows more than the seller.

    Fido CSR knows nothing about BB10. I asked them when they are going to release 10.1.0.2354 or anything higher than the current. 1720. They just replied "no information, please go to BlackBerry support...." Darn it!

    Well Fido, I officially hate you. As in really really really hate. You've reset my Voice Mail several times now and you keep giving me to reps who wouldn't know a BlackBerry from a Samsung or HTC.

    Please CrackBerry Community. Please help me. How do I get VVM working on my Z10. What do I say to Fido to convince them that this problem is at their end and how do I just slap some sense and knowledge into them. The ineptness of the people I was talking too.....I need a drink. or 6

    Right, and all of a sudden instead of paying 60 dollars for mediocre service I'm paying 80 for the exact same level of service if not less. The wireless industry in Canada is broken and our got is not going to do the one thing that could save us.
    Break up the big 3 into their divisions (cable/wireless/tvchannels/internet) and that will cause competition, as it stands the big 3 have too much weight to throw around for anything to change.

    So no, I won't be changing providers as there is nothing to switch to.
