Scroll down to the bottom here. I highly doubt they would publish both of those and highlight them if Bell tv wasn't coming to the z10.

To be honest I was hoping she'd give me a date when it will be available and that it will be on the same day as the OS update.

I called bell yesterday and asked the same question... why an I paying for 10 hrs of Mobile TV with my plan when there isn't even an app available?
I was told that there is in fact an app in development but no word on release dates.
I'm also getting a $5/month credit on my bill for paying for a service that isn't available.
Way to go Bell!! I'm not sure who's support is worse, Bell or BlackBerry. I think I'll go with BlackBerry but Bell ain't for behind.

Ask them for a credit due to no tv app, I did. Believe I got something in the range of $3 off.

Never ever ask bell for a credit via the chat on their site.
You need to call 611 from your phone and be extremely polite. Ask them how their day is going before you even start to talk about your issue. If you get a ****** on the phone, you'll know right away and you can hang up and call back.
That how I do it and it works every time... as long as the request is reasonable.

Finally, a sensible person! This is soooooo true and not just with Bell but any customer support. You think some person on the other end of the line making X amount per hour, is waiting for you to ***** them out because of something they probably wouldn't have even been aware of, had you not have called them to inform them of it being an issue?! Every time I've called and was polite, explained my situation in detail, Bell and other companies have assisted, granted your requests are resonable of course. And if I happen to catch a representative on a bad day, no problem thanks for your time, hang up, wait awhile then call back again. The fact of the matter is, it's a doggy dog world out there and if you're unwilling to put in the time to manage your own accounts to possibly get the best deal or just be satisfied with a better deal, then you deserve to get taken.

And if you don't agree with what's been said, read my Avatar!

they just told me the exact same thing, it's included in my caller ID and voice mail fees.

when I ask them when it will be released, she told be that BB has to release it now, it was not them (bell). Is it possible that they submitted the app to BB and now they have to approve it?

The agreement there is that even if it isn't a billable service because BELL TV is integrated into your plan, it's a service that isn't usable at the moment. It should be credited until such a time Bell brings out the app for it.
