    Me and a buddy just arrived in Orlando Airport, and unfortunately have to either wait here for 7 hours for our friend to get in from the UK, or get a taxi to the Marriott. Anyone else getting here soon, or here that is going to BBLive that can cab share?

    Call the hotel and see if they can send a courtesy town car to pick you guys up. There are usually about 10 of them sitting outside the hotel just hanging out.

    Damn, thanks for the suggestion, just tried. They said they only do hotel to hotel, you're on your own for airport to hotel /:

    The Mears Shuttle is $30 return trip from the airport to any of the BB hotels.
    There was a coupon sent to all registered attendees.

    Thanks so much, I appreciate it. But we just went the route of doing the shuttle as mentioned before. It was just too long of a wait there, conference area is awesome by the way! I'll probably see ya here!

    No problem, The Swan Hotel did it for me and my family back in 2008 ( picked us up from Orlando International ) sent two town cars free of charge. But I think it had more to do with us having three rooms for a two week stay.
