    I don't know of a BB10 app that can do that natively on the phone. It would be a nice idea for a developer.
    What I often do to edit songs, say for ringtones, etc. is to edit it on my Windows computer in (MP3 format) and then move it directly to my micro SD card through my computer's card reader. Simple, quick, no BB Link necessary......

    Ring tone creator will allow you to clip I don't think that there is a limitation in size
