    hi! my bb 9780 about 2 days ago, for no apparent reason, just stopped syncing!

    I use it 24/7 so I'm really pissed off. It's really important to me, to be able to receive my emails (I can send them just fine). I tried to restart the phone, and even taking out the battery... Even deleting and re-adding each account... and nothing! running out of ideas! HELP ME PLEASEEE

    Have you tried going to your carriers web page and entering your email address' there.

    Or have you tried resending the service books.

    Or have you tried using Device Analyzer and letting it do an email account test.

    How do I do that? can't find the Device Analyzer

    just talked to one of my carrier technical support,and he was supposed to send me the books of the accounts (or something like that) but nothing happened...

    Also I just realized that I can't find each email account icon, and they're not hidden... SO weird
