You mean to say a software should never fail? Get your head out off the sand, anything can fail at any time.

Anyways, BlackBerry services are now working again.

My company had no BES issues here in eastern Canada. I'm guessing the BB issue was VERY limited?

Silly thread. Google's and Apple's services have their own "outages" from time to time (like any technical glitch, they just happen) and nobody ever says "they dropped the ball".

    Idiotic.

Exactly! Before even thinking about how to offer help I too noticed this.

BES5.x or BES10 or Mobile Fusion ... there isn't and never was a BES 7 lol. Do you think this is an ill informed BB user trolling without even knowing it instead of contacting his company's BES Admin?

LOL - I don't think it's possible for anyone to hit that. they all strive for 99.something. In BlackBerry's case, I think they probably have contracts that dictate they hit a certain 99.something number or there could be penalties.

Nothing is up all the time. Take a look in your workflow or school and count the number of times you've heard "______ is down. Working to fix the problem".

Fanboys keep making excuses. Yes, BlackBerry had another outage. Accept it. Stop blasted everyone who has anything accurate to say about BlackBerry.

    They had an outage.

    Keep Moving.

It's not about excuses or denying anything....its the pathetic trolling thread title that I think people take issue with.

In other news, my car didn't start right away this morning but after a few minutes it was back up and running. Hmm...maybe I need to start a new thread "Mazda drops the ball again". Oh wait, that stuff happens with technology, none is perfect.

AS someone who deals with servers (web hosting) I can tell you that hosting companies who talk about 100% uptime are full of crap and lying. It is just impossible. They also offer "unlimited" space, again a lie.
So things happen, servers go out from time to time and you will see your website going slowly if you are with a company that offers "unlimited" anything. That's reality and the facts.
This does NOT mean BB dropped the ball!
