Quick question, are you able to edit the APN on a Bell Q10?

The above thread shows how Bell users are forced to switch to a Blackberry Data plan for the Z10 even though it is not required due to some issue on Bells end.

On Page 17 of that thread, post 419 shows how the user was able to change the APN since they were using the leaked OS 10.1, so I am wondering since the q10 runs 10.1 out of the box can we change the APN?

Anybody on Bell with a Q10 out there ??

Welcome to the CB Forums,

While you should be able to change your APN settings freely some carriers do lock it down. To see if you can edit yours go to Settings - Network - Mobile - APN

If it is greyed out than Bell has locked down the APN editing

I got a Q10 from Bell, the APN is editable for me. Currently its set to blackberry.net. Should I be using something else?
