    I need to delegate some of the emails I get to my staff to deal with.

    ie get my staff to reply to the sender

    I am forwarding the origional email but the email address seems to be missing for them to respond with

    Am I missing a trick?

    I'm guessing all these users are on BES?

    So you receive the email, and you simply select 'Forward'?
    They receive it, but they only see the from as your details, and there is nothing in the body to show the original header prior to the forward?

    Staff not on BES

    Staff member has iphone - but he cant deal with the email forwards because they dont contain the original senders email address.
