I used to have the ability to change my profiles (normal, loud, silent, etc.) by tapping on the upper portion of the screen on the left side. This is the area to the left of the time. For some reason, that display is no longer available on the home screen. Any idea how I can get this back?

Have you tried doing a battery pull? That sometimes fixes things of that sort.

Have you installed a new theme recently? I know sometimes those get moved to different areas with different themes.
