I have the rotation lock selected in the settings menu, but it keeps getting unselected allowing my screen to rotate. I set it back to locked and the next day I have to fix it back. Anyone know what my problem is or having the same thing happen?

Problem is (strangely that you didn't notice otherwise) that your phone is rebooting. When it reboots it resets the rotation lock setting. That is why you have to keep re setting it every day.
