So I searched the forums and couldn't find anything relating to this problem....
I just upgraded to Link 1.1 on a Windows 7 system.
When I try to sign in, I get "Unable to sign in. Confirm you are connected to the internet..." error message.
I also get a "Device Driver Software not sucessfully installed.
However, I can see my device (Z10) on the computer and it sucessfully performed a backup this morning
I can also see all of my files (Music, Pictures, etc) on both the computer and Z10 in the Link window.
How can I get signed in???

Just tried to sign in after seeing the post - this is a Mac though. Got the error below:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /openid/auth on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



I guess there is something wrong with their BBID servers, most likely due to some maintenance activity.
I would wait and check in a few day(s).

i have the same log in problem on my laptop running windows 7 , but link works fine on my windows 7 desktop.tried deleting and re-installing a couple of times without any luck.

Im having problems with regards to updating to 1.1. There is an error message with Winzip telling me that there is an error unzipping the file

I've been having problems with 1.1 and Windows 7 as well. After I upgraded it worked for an hour or so, then it would no longer load and linger on the BlackBerry Link splash screen.

I did a repair - didn't work.

Uninstalled and reinstalled - didn't work

I just left it uninstalled and will reinstall again tonight to see if that changes anything.
