A couple weeks back I bought the new Apple Earpods, Once i got them they worked perfectly and i loved them but then one day suddenly the stopped playing through with my Blackberry & it has really annoyed me But for some reason they play with my Ipod & my parents Iphones too? Also when i first got the the 'Remote Control Volume & Mic' was abit dogdy and every time i jiggled it it would play through the speakerphone on my blackberry and then play through the Headphones again? PLEASE I NEEED HELP!!!

Try cleaning the earpod jack (that plugs into the phone) with some tissue soaked with alcohol. Did the trick on my 9310 using Sony earbuds

Ok, I'll have a go but i dont think it is to do with the earpod jack as it works fine on other devices eg. Ipods, Computers etc..

Happens a lot with my iPod. Try to clean the jack on your phone. Sometimes dut gets in and sound doesn't come out properly. Try to jigle a needle inside the jack port.

Ok I'll give that ago too, can i just repeat i have tested other headphones on this phone. They all work fine?:L So im not sure why my phone wouldn't work with just those headphones?
