One thing I love about my white Z10 is that the bezel/glass is black. It makes the screen look visibly larger and I personally like the contrast between the black and the white.

When I look at some photos of the white Q10, I can't help but think how the white bezel accentuates the small size of the LCD... especially when the screen is off. That got me thinking... what if the white Q10 had a black bezel like the white Z10???

Here's a shot of what it would look like... thoughts???

I can see what you are saying, but wouldn't it be even better if the screen was *actually* bigger instead of just looking bigger?

count me as one of those who wish the screen was taller vertically (maybe 3:4 aspect ratio)

With the amoled display on the Q10 is almost a must to get the black one. The screen will fade into to border and look amazing.

This is EXACTLY how it should be. Viewing media on a phone should simulate as closely to watching a movie at the theatre as possible. The screen is lit while everything else around it is black/dark. Which is why a black bezel makes absolute sense on a white phone.

Yeah, i don't get why they didn't go that route (maybe for $ reasons?) It would have made for a better looking phone, matching the visual que of the white Z10 - aka "Stormtrooper"

that looks absolutely gorgeous, i thought the white version of the Q10 was fugly but the black accent without making the whole top black makes it look so much nicer than an all white screen. It matches the white Z10 that way too and the white Z10 is a thing of beauty

omg so much better. Thats one thing I never liked about my white 9900. like if you look at the white HTC one, one X and Z10 it looks sexier cause of the black border bezel.

haha i actually just bought a black keyboard replacement and a black battery door replacement for my white q10...ill post photos when im done...i found full black housings (minus the screen) for $45 on ebay
