    Hi, I was using blackberry link to load music onto my Z10 and it was working fine. I then used blackberry desk top to load music onto a curve. Now black berry link states unable to load media library. I have tried rebooting, re-installing link, updating I tunes, no matter what I try black berry link won't recognize any music on my PC. Doesn't matter if I choose I tunes or Windows media. Please Help. Thanks.

    Have you tried to unisntall from PC and reinstall?
