No, it is a beta.
They give these phones early to be tested by people they know are being watched so we will watch them and want to buy.
That is why Skype is on for them. They have early access so they can show us.

I have a question for you video chat users..
Normally I hold the phone below my head and look down at it. This means the front camera is looking up my nose which isn't all that flattering. Ideally I'd want to hold the phone straight out in front of my face but man.. that would get tiring on the old arm during long conversations.
How does everyone else deal with this? There has to be a better solution than leaning my phone against my coffee cup on the desk.
