This feature should be built into the OS.

Once a call is rejected, a menu should pop up with options like "send caller directly to voicemail", or "send automated text to caller", or "send custom text to caller".

Currently the call block they have in the OS is nothing but laughable. You can either block all or non incoming and outgoing calls. It is not granular at all.

You are correct. It either needs added to be part of the OS, or some developer needs to come up with a solution. I'm tired of being called by the same spammer #'s every day
