Ok I just loaded it. Runs, but very sluggish. Also some issues:
1) many completed games list in the current games list even though they clearly show completed status
2) to play you have to drag a letter up, and the tray of letters is right at the bottom on the screen, so it's very easy to minimize to an active frame by mistake! Hopefully the BlackBerry version will fix this
3) after I play a move, that game vanishes from my list, and takes a few minutes to reappear. Strange.


Again, I aase the BlackBerry released version will be much better. After the bold version. This one is painful to play in this android sideload.

Figured out how to chat. Swiping down from top to bottom. And then pressing on the three dots on the side.

Definitely a lot tougher playing with a z10. Having to move the words and blocking your view wondering if you're putting it in the right box.

And sometimes when you want to move a letter. The whole app moves up like you are swiping to get out.

Was hard playing at first. But I got used to it really quick.

I guess the only one thing that stands out is no notifications when app is closed. We were so spoiled by that on the old bb. Now it won't alert us. Which is a bummer

It actually sends an alert to the hub, and if you open the alert it opens the app right to the alerted game....

It actually does send you an alert. But not instantly after your opponents turn. It alerts you from time to time.

Yeah I've noticed. Is your game list all messed up? My current game list contains tons of very old completed games, and current games keep vanishing then sometimes reappearing. ...?

Yes. The current games are a list of really really old games. If you scroll down from it. The list keeps adding on. And then it starts lagging from there. I suggest not scrolling down

And I'm not sure if the chat works yet. Waiting for a response.

I've tried inviting you to a game by name, bit it just sits at "Loading" when I ask it to find your name (I assumed it was the same as your CB name...)

Just discovered that a double tap zooms the board making letter placement much easier. Can pan the zoomed board as well. Also, the feather takes back all placed tiles.

About the notifications.

Go to the main menu. I.e start a new game

Swipe from the top to bottom. That will trigger the options bar at the bottom. Tap on the three dots to the right. Then at the top, tap your profile.

From there, you can select your notifications intervals from 15 mins, 30 mins 1 hour, etc.

=)

I set mine at every 30 mins
