Hey guys, this worked for me:

Open BBWorld either normally or through the music app (three little buttons on the bottom right within the app)
Once it opens wait a bit then swipe down from the top
Tap settings then just tap where it says "versions" at the bottom
Tap BACK and it should work again

If it doesn't work right away then close and re-open BBWorld again.

it took me a little bit before I was able to swipe down and get the menu to appear. Also I'm not sure if it helps to go in through the music app, worth trying.

I can only get in via the music app. Have been trying directly since last night and that us still not working.

The only method that works for me is via the music app.

Will be nice when BBRY fixes their issue.

It was greyed out for me too. But it still got Blackberry World working for me.
